Responsibilities:

As our valued team member, you will enjoy a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Administrative Excellence:

- Engage in outbound phone calls to provide top-notch customer service
- Efficiently log service tickets and maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly and professionally to chat inquiries
- Assist with office cleanliness and paperwork tasks
- Prepare and organize team meetings, staff meetings, and training sessions
- Assign leads to our dedicated sales representatives
- Utilize social media platforms to mine potential leads
- Contribute to various back-office tasks and support daily operations
- Generate insightful reports for data analysis

Receptionist Support:

- Enjoy front desk access with minimal customer foot traffic
- Handle sales and customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messenger
- Redirect inquiries to the appropriate sales/service resource

Shipping Support/Assistant:

- Provide valuable secondary support for small package shipping
- Efficiently pull orders and prepare them for shipping
- Process packages accurately for shipment

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or related field
- Onsite work location in beautiful Sanford, NC
- Proficient computer and web skills
- Punctuality is a must
- Bring a positive attitude to the workplace
- Embrace daily challenges with flexibility and adaptability
- Own transportation is required
- Willingness to undergo a background check
