Limited Warranty Coverage

IPC Eagle warrants new cleaning equipment against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, applicable to the original purchaser as follows:

10-Year Warranty: Polyethylene tanks and housings are covered for 10 years, free from defects in materials and workmanship.

5-Year Warranty: High-pressure water pumps in the Evolution, Challenge, Sync, and HPS pressure washers are warranted for 5 years.

3-Year Warranty: Automatic scrubber components and pressure washer heating coils are covered for 3 years. Repaired or replaced parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

1-Year Warranty: All other cleaning equipment components are covered for 1 year. Repaired or replaced parts carry the remainder of the original warranty. Batteries are prorated for one year.

 Replacement Parts

IPC Eagle will provide replacement parts to the original owner through an authorized service center, with shipping charges included. If returned within 30 days and deemed defective, the replacement cost will be refunded, including shipping.

    Labor Coverage

    Labor costs are covered for 1 year when performed by an authorized IPC Eagle service center. Travel costs for battery-operated equipment are covered for 90 days.

      Exclusions

      Wear items not covered include (but are not limited to): belts, carbon brushes, power cords, wheels, pad drivers, clutch plates, filters, screens, hoses, squeegees, nozzles, guns, wands, seals, gaskets, o-rings, valves, and other consumables.

        Warranty Exceptions

        This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or shipping damage.

          Disclaimer

          IPC Eagle is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of product, downtime, labor, freight, or other charges not expressly covered under this warranty.

          Filing a Claim

          To file a claim, simply submit the form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.

          Repair and Shipping Costs

          If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.

           *A Return Authorization Number is required and will be provided after submitting the claim form, once the issue is confirmed.
