We do not currently rent equipment; however, we do offer a SkyVac and Ionic program for rental companies. If you have a preferred local equipment rental company, please have them contact us for more information.

To track your order simply click on the chat window on our website where you made the purchase. There you will find an Instant Answer section called "Track my order". Insert order details and the system will track it for you.

We stock most items in our large distribution facility located in North Carolina. We also occasionally drop-ship an order from our manufacturing partners if it means getting it to you quicker. Most smaller orders received before Noon are filled within 24 business hours.  Most freight orders are fulfilled within 72 business hours (3 days). Sometimes it doesn't take that long and sometimes it takes a little longer....it really depends on how many orders are in the queue. If you need something expedited, please pay for the quicker shipping method and/or Contact Us to see if we can work some magic on our end.

Our products are NOT the cheapest because quality comes at a price. The harder question is are you sizing the system to suit your needs? Contact us and based upon your needs and our experience we will size your system appropriately.

Gutter Cleaning:
SkyVac Atom and Sonic Atom require 110V, 15amp service and plug into a regular North American residential outlet. SkyVac 85 requires 220V, 30amp service and typically requires a generator at minimim 6500 peak/starting watts.

HighDusting:
SkyVac 27, SkyVac 30 & SkyVac 150 require 110v, 15amp service. SkyVac 78 requires 110v, 20 amp service. 

A: SkyVac®️ 85 (Gutter Cleaning)- typically requires generator for outdoor use. We do not recommend plugging into residential outlets.

 A: SkyVac®️ 78 ( High Ceiling Cleaning)- can run on generator but usually not an issue in commercial buildings.

Also most homes post-1990 have 20 amp circuits installed for the kitchen to power commercial grade appliances.

A: SkyVac®️ 30 (High Ceiling Cleaning)- standard 120v 15 amp outlet requirement.

A: SkyVac®️ Mighty Atom (High Ceiling Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning) - standard 120v 15 amp outlet requirement.

Ionic Pure Water Cleaning Systems use single or multi-stage filtration systems that contain media to filter the total dissolved solids from local water. This can come in a caddy, mobile cart or vehicle-mounted system, pumped or non-pumped. (Anything with RO needs to be pumped.)

The typical stages of filtration are: Pre-filter Water Softener, Carbon, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Sediment Filter & Deionization (DI). Larger systems can add UV lighting and nuclear grade DI to bring water purification to zero parts per billion.

Decision on what type of system to use can be based on several factors, mainly: quality of local water, type of operator vehicle used, efficiency needs and initial vs long-term costs.
