The Ionic Systems Swift Goose Neck is designed for commercial use in mind. The neck is a sturdy fixed, metal bend and attaches to several brush sizes 14", 18" and 24".
Here you are ordering the complete assembly including the neck, "Y" connector, head tubing, brush head, bolts, brush and pencil jets as standard.
