Goodbye Gum!™️ Limited Warranty Policy

All Goodbye Gum! systems come with a 12 months warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturer's defects. The Goodbye Gum! North American team provides back up and post-sales support from it's Sanford NC, USA location.

Service Packs, including brushes and liquids are not warrantied. Gas cannisters are not warrantied. Lithium Ion batteries are guaranteed to be operational at the time the system is delivered; however, they are not warrantied past that initial delivery date.

The Goodbye Gum! liquid solution MUST be used in the Goodbye Gum! machine. Use of any other type of liquid solution besides the solution being provided by Clean Direct / Goodbye Gum! voids the warranty.

Note: The Goodbye Gum! unit is designed specifically to be used with our proprietary gum removal formula. Any other type of formula will gum the internal machine and stop it from working.

Once the request has been received we may ask for you to send pictures or a short video of the item in question so we can validate the claim or assist in fixing the problem. The majority of claims we receive are actually operator error or very small and easily resolved issues so please give us the opportunity to help guide you through it.

After analyzing the problem, if a repair is determined as needed by Goodbye Gum! technicians then the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to Goodbye Gum at their cost. Please make sure it is properly packaged for return and insured. If the return package is lost or damaged by the carrier then the sender will need to file a claim with the carrier. Goodbye Gum! / Clean Direct will not be held liable.

If it is determined by Goodbye Gum! technicians that no return is required by the customer and that Goodbye Gum! will be sending replacement parts then the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement items. In some instances Goodbye Gum! at their sole determination may waive that re-ship cost.

No claims will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number which we will give to you once we have confirmed over the phone or via email that your issue warrants further inspection at our facility.

If your issue is urgent in nature you have the option to purchase a replacement part which we can fulfill quickly. Once we receive your item to our warehouse then we will inspect it and determine if the manufacturer's warranty applies. If it does we will reimburse you for the replacement item.

Clean Direct / Goodbye Gum! disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damage which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, use, loss of any product, downtime, labor, freight, or other charges not expressly included herein.
