Goodbye Gum! systems come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturer defects. Support is provided from Sanford, NC.

Service Packs, brushes, liquids, and gas canisters are not covered. Lithium-ion batteries are guaranteed operational upon delivery but not warrantied after.

Only Goodbye Gum! liquid solution must be used in the system, or the warranty is void. Other liquids may damage the machine.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, simply submit the form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.

Repair and Shipping Costs

If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.
