Goodbye Gum!™️ Limited Warranty Policy

Goodbye Gum! systems come with a 12-month prorated warranty that:

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Covers 100% Months 0-3 for full repair or replacement costs for customer self-repair
  • Covers 75% Months 4-6 parts and labor, Customer pays 25%
  • Covers 50% Months 7-9 parts and labor, Customer pays 50%
  • Covers 25% Months 10-12 parts and labor, Customer pays 75%

What is NOT covered:

  • Does not cover improper use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or consumables like brushes, liquids and gas canisters.
  • Requires proof of maintenance for coverage, primarily that operator is using consumables provided and sold by Goodbye Gum! which have been specifically designed to work with this system (to prevent gumming)

Note:

  • Lithium-ion batteries are guaranteed operational upon delivery but not warrantied after.
  • Only Goodbye Gum! liquid solution must be used in the system, or the warranty is void. Other liquids may damage and gum-up the machine.
  • The warranty is contingent on the customer performing routine maintenance, including inspecting hoses/seals and batteries.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, simply submit this form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.

Repair and Shipping Costs

If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the customer and must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.

 *A Return Authorization Number is required and will be provided after submitting the claim form and once the issue is confirmed.

We offer a limited time 14 day return period (from date of receipt) on all NEW, UNUSED products. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items, unless otherwise specified.

For urgent issues, you may buy a replacement unit or part for quick fulfillment. If the warranty applies, you’ll be reimbursed.
