Your Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you’re not just closing deals—you’re opening doors. You’ll be the go-to expert helping customers discover gear that makes their lives cleaner, safer, and more profitable (plus, you’ll get to say things like “Have you tried our triple-jet surface spinner?” and sound incredibly cool).

What You’ll Do:
  • Chat with customers (mostly over the phone).
  • Turn inbound leads into loyal customers, and find new ones like a sales bloodhound.
  • Help clients solve real problems, not just sell products.
  • Host live demos—yes, you get to play with power washers and industrial vacuums and call it “work.”
  • Keep a healthy pipeline and make accurate forecasts (because we like surprises, but not in sales).
  • Use our beautiful showroom and training space like it’s your personal selling dojo.

✅What You Bring to the Table (Besides Lunch)
  • 3+ years of actual sales experience (not just the time you talked your roommate into a gym membership).
  • You’re friendly, confident, and know how to read a room—even over Zoom.
  • Industry experience in cleaning equipment, Jan/San, or commercial gear is a big plus.
  • Ran your own cleaning biz and looking for a career pivot? We definitely want to talk.
  • Fluent in English; bonus points if you can sell in Spanish and salsa dance (optional).
  • Solid skills in pipeline management, follow-up, and sales systems.
  • Live within 45 minutes of Sanford, NC—close enough to commute into the office, attend training and drink coffee (we make good coffee).
