DILUTION RATIOS
From mold and mildew elimination to disinfection of bacteria and viruses on surfaces and fabrics, Vital Oxide can handle a long list of duties in a household and industrial setting. Vital Oxide can also be diluted down for some specific applications.

FULL STRENGTH
Vital Oxide comes ready to use (RTU) as a full-strength EPA hospital disinfectant for non-porous surfaces. Full strength is recommended for first-time use on surfaces. Full strength should also be used in environments with high rates of bacteria, mold, and mildew and in high traffic areas and touch points.

5:1 CARPET AND RUG SANITIZER
To Sanitize and Deodorize Carpets and Rugs:

Mix 5-parts water to 1-part Vital Oxide.
Spray onto surface from a distance of 6-8 inches.
Work the product down to the carpet pad (a brush may be used)
Allow enough ventilation to air dry.
Repeat process as needed.
First test for color fastness in an inconspicuous space. Do not use on wool fabrics.



9:1 FOOD-CONTACT & DAILY SURFACE SANITIZER
To Sanitize Food-Contact Surfaces:

Mix 9-parts water to 1-part Vital Oxide.
Spray onto surface from a distance of 6-8 inches, wetting thoroughly.
Let stand for 1 minute (or longer if specified by government sanitary code).
Allow surface to drain or air dry. Do not rinse or wipe.
To Sanitize Non-Food-Contact, Non-Porous Surfaces:

Mix 9-parts water to 1-part Vital Oxide.
Spray onto surface from a distance of 6-8 inches, wetting thoroughly.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Wipe and allow to air dry. No rinse required.

1. Mix 1-quart 3601 System Maintainer with 1-quart of warm water.
2. After thoroughly mixing, pour this solution into the solution tank.
3. Turn the pump on FIRST, and run solution through your cleaning tool.
4. Next, turn on the heater. If the heater is turned on first, it will result in a vapor lock, which will affect the machine’s operation.
5. Next, with both the pump and heater on, begin running the solution through the machine. This allows the solution to break down any build up in the lines.
6. After running all of the solution through the machine, fill the tank with clean, warm water. Run the water through the machine to clear the solution completely out of the tank & lines.

How Environ HP Works with Orbital Drive Technology
Most dry soil in a commercial or residential carpet can be readily removed by routine dry vacuuming. However, it’s the oily and sticky soils that attract and hold dry soil to the carpet fibers. The result is a dull, gray and ugly appearance. To effectively remove these soil particles from the carpet fibers, the right amount of agitation is needed. Orbital drive technology is the answer.

The orbital drive of the ORBOT generates hundreds of small oscillations that spin at roughly 1725 revolutions per minute. This orbital drive pattern allows for all sides of the carpet fibers to be agitated and therefore all of the soil will be effectively removed from the carpet fiber. To ensure that the agitated soil will not stick to the carpet fiber again, a polymer is needed to trap and encapsulate these soil particles. The polymer element in ENVIRON HP will form distinct crystals when it dries. These crystals are the principle vehicles that stop wicking or the reoccurring of stains. They also enable the soil particles to be extracted through post-vacuuming while keeping carpets cleaner for longer periods of time.

Carpet
The Orbot low-moisture system has been engineered to clean any type of carpet, in any situation and also leave it as dry as possible so it is ready to use immediately.

Have you ever walked into an airport, hotel hallway or room, and smelled a dingy humid scent because the carpet had been recently cleaned and over-wet? The ORBOT system was designed in mind to support a healthy indoor environment. Carpets will simply be clean, vibrant in color, and dry within minutes. ORBOT's unique low-moisture system uses 10 times less the amount of water opposed to other water extraction methods. Therefore, over-wet carpets will never be an issue. The problems associated with over-wet carpets are intensified in a heavily used setting. Over-wet carpets require longer drying times. This can cause large sections of a building to be blocked off for extended periods of time. Especially in a school, hospital, or commercial building this can lead to serious safety issues. People walking from a wet or damp carpet directly onto a hard-surface floor can slip or fall. Also, wet carpets that are walked on will almost always resoil more quickly.
