PrestiVac dust ignition protected vacuums are designed to safely vacuum explosive, combustible dusts. Our dust ignition protected vacuums are completely grounded and static dissipating because they are built entirely with non-sparking metals and do not have any painted components so there is no risk of fire or explosion from a spark or static build up. All the electrical components, including the motor and starter, are protected by enclosure so there is no source of ignition. Absolute HEPAPlus* filtration with an efficiency of 99.995% @ 0.2 micron captures all the hazardous dust and ensures the exhaust air is clean, keeping the operator and the environment safe from exposure and contamination. This unit meets all NFPA codes and certified for: Class II Division 2 Groups F & G Hazardous Locations as defined in the National Electric Code (NFPA 70) EPL Dc (Equipment Protection Level)

The PrestiVac Crushproof Static Conductive Suction Hose is a 30-foot industrial-grade vacuum hose engineered for durability and safety in demanding environments. Designed with a 1.5-inch inner diameter, this hose is both crushproof and static conductive, making it ideal for applications where electrostatic discharge and rough handling are concerns.

Crafted for use in cleanrooms, manufacturing plants, and hazardous material handling, the hose ensures consistent airflow while maintaining structural integrity under compression. Its static conductive properties provide an added layer of protection for sensitive electronic equipment and flammable environments.

Note: Cuffs are not included and must be purchased separately.

The Hose Cuff Swivel Union Static Conductive is designed for use with 1.5-inch PrestiVac  Crushproof Static Conductive Suction Hoses. This swivel union cuff ensures a secure, conductive connection while helping to minimize static build-up in industrial vacuum systems. Its durable, static-dissipative construction supports consistent airflow and reduces the risk of electrostatic discharge. The swivel design allows for flexible hose movement, reducing kinks, wear, and operator strain. Ideal for maintaining safety and performance in environments where static control is essential.

This system is used in conjunction with a PrestiVac vacuum system. It adds a second stage of dust control.

Removes up to 99.9% of dust and debris from the airstream, containing it before it ever reaches the vacuum - virtually eliminating filter clogging and suction loss!

Constructed from full-welded 304 stainless steel for use in industrial dust collection applications (not food-grade rated).
