☑️ Helping, Not Just Handling – Answer customer questions, process orders, and solve problems like a pro.
☑️ Guiding, Not Pushing – Light sales are part of the job, but we’re all about finding the right fit for the customer, not just making a sale.
☑️ Becoming a Product Expert – Learn our cleaning equipment so you can confidently explain why one tool might work better than another.
☑️ Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Manage returns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers have a hassle-free experience.
☑️ Teaming Up – Work closely with sales, logistics, and marketing to make sure customers get top-notch service from start to finish.
