Description

The Mosmatic WDRS Swivel 41.647 is a heavy-duty stainless steel swivel coupling engineered for large-diameter, high-pressure applications such as automatic car wash systems, industrial hose reels, and high-flow transfer lines. Designed for durability and smooth performance, this swivel provides reliable rotation and leak-resistant operation under demanding conditions.

The swivel features a dual bearing system with 2x radial ball bearings and an NBR O-ring seal, ensuring stable, low-friction operation and extended service life. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel body is ideal for use with water, chemicals, and compressed air, making it well-suited for industrial and commercial environments.

This model offers a Thread In of 2 ½” NPTF and a Thread Out of 2 ½” NPTF, with a nominal width (NW) of 2 ½”, an overall diameter of 5.51”, and an overall length of 9.70”. Rated for up to 3000 PSI, the swivel operates at speeds up to 50 RPM and within a temperature range of 40°F to 180°F. It supports media with a pH range of 3–12 and 10-micron filtered compressed air up to 290 PSI.
