PrestiVac explosion proof/dust ignition proof immersion separator vacuums are designed to safely vacuum explosive, flammable, combustible conductive dusts. Our immersion separator system neutralizes explosive, conductive, combustible dust by submerging it
into a neutralizing liquid bath, rendering it inert and eliminating any risk of fire or explosion. Compressed Air Operated Vacuums do not have any electrical components that can overheat and be a source of ignition. Our explosion proof/dust ignition proof vacuums are completely grounded and static dissipating because they are
built entirely with non-sparking metals and do not have any painted components so there is no risk of fire or explosion from a spark or static build up. Our explosion proof/dust ignition proof vacuums comply with NFPA
484 guidelines and are an effective tool for good housekeeping practice as per OSHA.
Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D T6 and Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G Hazardous Locations as defined in the National Electric Code (NEC) and NFPA 70
