The SkyVac® 85 Elite is the ultimate mobile gutter cleaning system, designed for professional and industrial use. The SkyVac®️ 27, 30, 78, 150, Sonic Atom, 85, and Interceptor have a very durable wet/dry  filter located under the head. These are easily removed by the twist of a knob. 

Interceptor, 85, Sonic Atom, & 78 systems use the same filter. They are very durable and last quite a long time if properly cleaned after each days use.

To clean the filters simply wash them out with a water hose and/or blow them out with an air hose.

If you are needing a more stringent filter for sensitive internal high dusting areas we offer a HEPA rated filter. We do not recommend this style for gutter cleaning.

Definition of HEPA from Wikipedia:

High-efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA),^[1][2] also sometimes called high-efficiency particulate arresting or high-efficiency particulate air, is a type of air filter. Filters meeting the HEPA standard have many applications, including use in medical facilities, automobiles, aircraft and homes. The filter must satisfy certain standards of efficiency such as those set by the United States Department of Energy (DOE). To qualify as HEPA by US government standards, an air filter must remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles that have a size of 0.3 µm.^[3]

Filter Maintenance: 

We recommend cleaning at the end of each project and replacing every four months.  Inspect your filter regularly for wear and tear, making sure to replace damaged filters immediately. 

The filter traps any dust and airborne particles to prevent them from getting into the motor.  Over time the filter can become clogged which will restrict the air flow getting into the system.  A dirty filter can lead to a loss of power so make sure you keep clean.  

Top Tip:

• Use a stiff brush to remove dry dirt.
• If very dirty, then rinse under the hose.
• Always start each project with a CLEAN & DRY filter.
• Have a spare

This hose to hose connector is designed to fit the SkyVac threaded hoses together.

• Wire Reinforced 2": Fits the new wire reinforced hoses that come with the SkyVac 85 and Interceptor (sold after April 2021)
• Standard 2": Fits the old standard flexi hoses that come with the SkyVac 85 and Interceptor (sold before April 2021)
• Standard 1.75": Fits the standard flexi hoses that come with the SkyVac 78, SkyVac 30 or SkyVac Atom
  

If you prefer to use our standard blue, silicone, flexi tools on the end of your new SkyVac® Elite Poles for gutter cleaning then you can use this adapter.

It can be used with the SkyVac® 135º Tapered Blue Flexi Tool Holder or the 180º Blue Flexi Tool Holder.

Sometimes operators prefer to use this tool because it is bendable at the end which helps to easily remove clogs or troublesome debris by flexing it in-and-out.

We also have several styles of Rigid Carbon Fiber Tool Holders that are compatible with the Elite Poles for Gutter Cleaning.

Ideal for directly overhead gutter cleaning projects with restricted access such as narrow pathways. Engineered from carbon fiber, the SkyVac® Elite Rigid Neck 180° Tool holder is lightweight and rigid allowing the user greater control and maneuverability and is compatible with the SkyVac® Elite pole system.

The SkyVac® Flexi Neck Tool Holders are ideal for high access projects where having some bend in the holder becomes an asset. They attach securely to the 1.75in (44mm) SkyVac® Suction Poles.

They hold a wide range of end tools for high level cleaning and allow for a more versatile and customizable cleaning.

Camera Mount - for securing the SkyVac camera onto the Skypole Telescopic Inspection system.

We’ve created a new design for the Camera Mount. Simply screw the mount onto the SkyPole Inspection System and then onto the SkyVac camera (both sold separately) to view out of reach gutters all from the safety of the ground.

This connector is a Euro thread connector and can also be used on other poles with the same threading.
