SkyVac® 85 Replacement Vac Head (3 Motor)

The SkyVac 85 replacement vac head restores maximum airflow for demanding outdoor cleaning applications. This three-motor, 240V, 30-amp head features three control buttons and a 4-prong twist-lock plug, delivering the full power output required for high-performance gutter vacuuming.

SkyVac® 78 Replacement Vac Head (2 Motor)

Designed for high-level internal dusting, the SkyVac 78 two-motor replacement vac head provides strong, steady suction for safe indoor cleaning at height. Operating at 120V and 20 amps with two control buttons and a NEMA 120V, 20-amp plug, it returns the SkyVac 78 to reliable performance in commercial and industrial dust-removal environments.

SkyVac® 78 Replacement Vac Head (2 Motor, No Powermix)

This non-Powermix replacement head fits SkyVac 78 systems that require a standard two-motor configuration for high-reach indoor dusting. It runs at 120V and 20 amps, includes two control buttons and a NEMA 120V, 20-amp plug, and restores consistent suction for internal cleaning tasks where Powermix functionality is not needed.

SkyVac® Sonic Atom Replacement Vac Head (2 Motor)

Engineered for the Sonic Atom, this two-motor replacement vac head maintains the unit’s compact size while restoring efficient suction for light gutter cleaning and general outdoor vacuuming. It delivers reliable airflow in a lightweight design ideal for frequent transport and setup.

SkyVac® 30 Replacement Vac Head (1 Motor)

The SkyVac 30 replacement vac head restores dependable suction for high-level internal dusting. Operating at 120V and 15 amps with a single control button and standard NEMA 15-amp plug, it provides a simple, direct-fit solution for professional indoor cleaning applications.

SkyVac® 27 Replacement Vac Head (1 Motor)

This single-motor replacement vac head for the SkyVac 27 is designed for internal high-reach dusting, reinstating consistent suction for everyday commercial use. Running at 120V and 15 amps with a standard NEMA 15-amp plug, it offers a reliable replacement for routine indoor dust-removal tasks.

SkyVac® Mighty Atom Replacement Vac Head (1 Motor)

Made for the Mighty Atom system, this 115V, 15-amp replacement vac head restores the compact unit’s original suction power. With a simple one-button interface and standard household plug compatibility, it is ideal for light outdoor cleaning and general maintenance applications.

The SkyVac®️ 27, 30, 78, 150, Sonic Atom, 85, and Interceptor have a very durable wet/dry  filter located under the head. These are easily removed by the twist of a knob. 

Interceptor, 85, Sonic Atom, & 78 systems use the same filter. They are very durable and last quite a long time if properly cleaned after each days use.

To clean the filters simply wash them out with a water hose and/or blow them out with an air hose.

If you are needing a more stringent filter for sensitive internal high dusting areas we offer a HEPA rated filter. We do not recommend this style for gutter cleaning.

High-efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA),^[1][2] also sometimes called high-efficiency particulate arresting or high-efficiency particulate air, is a type of air filter. Filters meeting the HEPA standard have many applications, including use in medical facilities, automobiles, aircraft and homes. The filter must satisfy certain standards of efficiency such as those set by the United States Department of Energy (DOE). To qualify as HEPA by US government standards, an air filter must remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles that have a size of 0.3 µm.^[3]

Filter Maintenance: 

We recommend cleaning at the end of each project and replacing every four months.  Inspect your filter regularly for wear and tear, making sure to replace damaged filters immediately. 

The filter traps any dust and airborne particles to prevent them from getting into the motor.  Over time the filter can become clogged which will restrict the air flow getting into the system.  A dirty filter can lead to a loss of power so make sure you keep clean.  

Top Tip:

• Use a stiff brush to remove dry dirt.
• If very dirty, then rinse under the hose.
• Always start each project with a CLEAN & DRY filter.
• Have a spare

 The "cloth" style is a high quality soft cloth material and very flexible. These tend to hold more debris and are a larger size than standard paper style bags. These bags are disposable.

SkyVac® Atom Replacement Filter

This filter is only compatible with the SkyVac® Atom and will keep your machine performing at optimal level. We recommend changing your filter once or twice a year depending on how often it is used. The filter protects the inside of your machine from finer dust particles.

The filter attaches to the frame with a zip-tie style connection at the base of the frame.

Accidents happen! Sometimes users get a little too rough with moving the machine around, it breaks in shipment or someone hard drops the machine (falls off the truck, etc). If the drum clamp breaks no problem. Just order a replacement. Hold on to your old screws and plastic gaskets (on inside of drum) because you'll need them.

Please Note: Does not include the cross mounting rod. The rod is welded to the trolly/cart frame. If you've damaged your trolly/cart you can order one. Just let us know and we'll quote you separately.
