The Ionic Systems Caddy™ Handheld System delivers pure water cleaning power in a compact, portable design. Perfect for professional window cleaners, it allows efficient water-fed cleaning anywhere a water supply is available. Choose from four configurations — Single DI, Double DI, Triple DI, or Triple Multi-Stage (DI, Carbon & RO) — each mounted in a durable metal frame with a comfortable carry strap for easy transport.

Engineered for reliability and performance, the Caddy™ produces up to 1 liter per minute of purified water at optimal pressure (60 psi), enabling streak-free results even at heights of up to 45 ft. Ideal for both soft-water (DI) and hard-water (RO) regions, it’s the go-to solution for spotless, professional-grade window cleaning on the go.

The Ionic Systems Caddy™️ is a compact, portable pure-water window cleaning system designed for professional and residential use. It enables spotless cleaning without detergents by using deionized water that leaves glass surfaces streak-free.

The system purifies tap water through a resin filter that removes impurities and minerals, producing 100% pure water. When used with a water-fed pole, it allows for efficient, chemical-free cleaning of windows, frames, and other surfaces.

No external power supply is needed—the Caddy™️ operates using regular water pressure from a standard hose connection. Some models also support manual pump or battery-assisted options for full portability.

Maintenance is simple. You only need to replace the resin filter cartridge when the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading begins to rise above zero. Regularly flushing the system also helps extend its life.

Resin life depends on your local water hardness and usage. On average, a resin cartridge lasts for several weeks to months under regular use. A TDS meter will indicate when replacement is needed.

Yes, the pure water is safe and effective for solar panels, vehicle glass, signage, conservatories, and other smooth surfaces where a spotless finish is desired.

The system is lightweight and compact, typically weighing around 10–15 kg depending on model configuration. It includes a convenient handle and wheels for easy maneuvering.
