Description

The Suttner Chemical Injector Size 4 – 200160505 is a high-performance downstream chemical injector designed for precise detergent and chemical application in high-pressure cleaning systems. Engineered with a durable stainless steel housing, this injector handles pressures from 1000 to 5000 PSI and flow rates from 1 to 18 GPM, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

It includes 10 metering/dosing nozzles to provide flexible dilution control based on system needs (see page 108 for dilution ratios). The injector operates best at temperatures 130°F or lower for optimum foam generation, with a maximum temperature capacity of 194°F.

Featuring a 3/8" Female NPT inlet and 3/8" Male NPT outlet, this injector is easy to integrate into most standard pressure washer systems.
